Christian Picciano
The founder and CEO

Christian is no stranger to this industry or hard work. Starting at 12 years old he opened a can collection business, from there in 2021 he added the landscaping division to the company. Christian is planning to further his education in the landscape and snow removal industry by studying landscape management in college.

Ryan Merlo
​Director of Operations

Ryan joined our team in August 2025 and is our director of Operations. He leads our crew members with professionalism and is never afraid of hard work and is always ready to work. He is going to study business and play D1 baseball at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
